Model for Reverse Logistic Problem of Recycling under Stochastic Demand

It has become obligatory for businesses to carry out recycling activities in the face of increasing environmental pollution and danger depletion natural resources. The waste collection phase process requires interactive transportation that uses a reverse logistics flow from customers facilities. Businesses need create appropriate network structures these at minimum cost. This study developed model, based on logistics, collecting products sending them warehouses then chance-constrained programming (CCP) approach was used regulate constraints involving stochastic demand model. Linearization performed using linear approximation method. cost Initial Collection Points (ICP) facilities is most influential component objective function. linearized model solved by creating different scenarios changing standard deviation ratio, reliability level, warehouse capacities within scope sensitivity analysis. In analysis, it determined increase confidence level variance negatively affected addition, been concluded no effect costs as long capacity facility not exceeded.
